Number of logins

You can be logged into 5 browsers at the same time using DN ID

If you have subscribed to more than one publication with us, you will be able to log in with 5 logins per publication. 

If you try accessing from more than 5 browsers, the system will prompt you to log out of one or more browsers. 

Please note that if you visit our pages in your browser's incognito mode, this will count as a separate login. If you close your browser without logging out from a private window, you will need help from customer service to log out from that session.

Also, be aware that many smartphone apps like Facebook and LinkedIn have built-in browsers in the app. For example, reading our content from both LinkedIn and Facebook counts as two separate logins, even though you've accessed them from the same phone. 

What you can do when you get an error message about too many logins: 

1. If you know where you're logged in, visit that browser again and log out
