Why can't I log in? / How to reset password?

You may have to reset your password

Make sure you have typed in the correct user ID (your email) and password. If you have created a user account and cannot log in on “My Page”, try resetting the password by clicking on your publication below or simply choose the "Forgot password" option. 

You can also directly log in from the website using the login option there.
